We may cross-reference our approvals with other trusted file-sellers. This is a common precaution to ensure the safety of our products and good standing of our future customers. As per our privacy policy, we will not share any information with these sources other than avatar name and catalog ID (public information).

Furthermore, as a private domain, reserve the right to deny all access and services if you have a negative reputation for important reasons such as: Payment fraud, copyright theft, unauthorized file sharing or reselling files without permission, failure to adhere to licensing terms, etc.

For the security of our stock, we do not approve new catalogs with very few products or those with no IMVU catalog at all. But feel free to apply again at a later time!

DO NOT submit multiple requests for the same catalog unless you are prompted to do so by our team, spamming our system with request will only serve to delay the process even more or will cause our system to reject you due to spam.

Our website emails may be wrongfully flagged as 'Junk' by your email provider, keep an eye out and remember to flag our website correspondence as "not spam" to avoid losing your emails / purchases in the future.

We do not send marketing emails, only emails important to you and your orders!

The account you just made is for one catalog ID, if you have multiple catalogs, please register them by repeating the sign-up process providing a different email and the details of each account... and please remember that you need to keep purchases separate for different IMVU accounts and profiles.

Ensure you have provided your avatar name and catalog url upon registration so we can correctly license your future purchases to the correct account. If you provided mistaken links or incorrect information, your account may not be approved and you will have to repeat the sign-up process.
