Shipping policy

All of our products are of digital nature and do not require any shipping.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, each purchase may be accessed and downloaded a maximum of three (3) times. After which, access will be disabled and the customer will have to re-purchase the products if they are misplaced or deleted (intentionally or by accident).

Some items (exclusives, customs, etc) may only be downloaded once. If your link fails to produce a successful download, contact our support team via the contact page to restore your link (within a week of purchasing)

It is the personal responsibility of all customers to create a secondary backup of all files to avoid losing access to the material in the future.

VirtualSlay will not be held responsible or liable for a customer misplacing our digital products or losing access to them and will not provide a backup after 3 months of having completed the purchase.
